One could say we're just poor grape growers, but we do put a lot of thought into it...\nEven after adding wine that was fermenting from 2024, the fermentation ultimately didn't progress, and we ended up bottling it as a slightly sweet wine.\nThat's why we've sealed it with a crown cap.
