Rosé sparkling, 750ml, crown cap, 10.6% alc. Made from Black Beet, Pione, Gorby, Muscat Bailey A, and Delaware grapes from Habikino City, Osaka Prefecture. Wild fermentation, chaptalized, no added sulfites. Ruby Rose, which was very popular last year, is back and better than ever. Last year, seedless grapes were mainly used, but this year, all grapes are seeded except for Muscat Bailey A, which makes up just under 10% (although the harvest was halved). While still refreshing, the charm and umami expected from a naturally fermented Pét-Nat have been further enhanced. The embroidered label was designed by Kii-san's mother. Aromas of strawberry and pear can be felt along with yeasty notes.
