Aiming to establish Nara Prefecture's first winery, I became an independent grape farmer in 2018.

We practice grass cultivation without herbicides, and use no chemical pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Facing the land of Nara, we continue to explore wines that can only be produced by the local climate and culture.

We deliver the memories of the land of Nara, and the desire to pass them on to the next generation, encapsulated in a single bottle.
