Red wine, 750ml, 11.0% alc, made with Cabernet Franc from Shiojiri, Nagano Prefecture, plastic cork, no cap seal, with added sulfites, no chaptalization, approx. 280 bottles produced. A simple winemaking style with full destemming. Red fruit notes like raspberry mingle with black fruit notes like cassis. The cool notes of herbs from the Cabernet Franc are very subtle and provide a nice accent. You'll taste acidity on the first sip, then umami on the second, and the impression will change as you drink it. Aromas of chocolate and vanilla. A juicy mouthfeel with a slight hint of acetic acid. Pairs well with smoked flavors, such as seared bonito.
